About the role
Our first marketing hire, you will hold a foundational position as we build the team to scale our solution. With a lean team, you will start as an individual contributor, but we’re looking for someone with the experience and ambition to evolve to lead a bigger marketing function.
Ideal candidates will provide marketing and sales-enablement leadership through experimentation, reporting, and execution to deliver revenue and drive impact. This is an exciting role for an ambitious, creative and detail-oriented marketer who wants to drive immediate results at a high-growth and high-impact startup. You’ll get to leave your mark on a new category by helping to redesign the way organizations invest in their people, uplifting thousands of working parents and caregivers and changing the systems in which we all live and work.
