This is not a resource library, online chat forum or support group. It's also not clinical, 1:1 coaching or a purely social space.

Our dynamic group experience is a Third Space -- between therapy and happy hour. Here, powered by our patented gathering technology, members build rapid rapport then, together, move into action with confidence. They feel less lonely, build critical emotional skills, and leave equipped to strategically integrate the demands of work and home.

Powered by our patented gathering technology, we gather groups of 8 parents and caregivers that are primed to connect based on over sixty factors across work, family and self.

The power of the "right" group accelerates growth through shared experiences and accountability.

Dating apps gather two people for compatibility. We gather eight (+ a coach!) for transformation.

Keep Core Coaches

Our network of industry-expert coaches come from a variety of backgrounds, with Clinical Social Workers, MDs, JDs, Management Consultants, Executive Coaches, and HR Executives. All of our coaches are certified in their field, and trained by us in the Keep Company way. Every coach is also mental health first aid certified.

Coaches not only lead the group through our curriculum, they connect members with relevant employer benefits when they need them -- increasing utilization of existing benefits.
